Recipe Ingredients for Ramp, spinach and asparagus tart

1/2 lb asparagus
1 c. spring onions, chopped
4 oz goat cheese
2 c. spinach
1 pie crust

Recipe Directions for Ramp, spinach and asparagus tart

  1. Spread goat cheese over pie crust

  2. top with spring onions (or ramps if you can get them)

  3. Chop spinach and sprinkle over ramps

  4. Cut asparagus into 1" pieces and sprinkle over ramps & spinach

  5. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes
