From the Noodles Ramona recipe. I put it on celery cold, and loved it!

Recipe Ingredients for Ramona Cheese

15 oz Beans, White, Mature Seeds, Canned
8 fl oz Rice Dream Original Enriched
1/2 cup, sliced Peppers, Sweet, Red
1/2 cup Yeast, Nutritional T6635
3 tbsp Lemon Juice, Canned Or Bottled
2 tbsp Natural Sesame Tahini
1/4 tsp Salt, Table
1/4 cup Parsley

Recipe Directions for Ramona Cheese

Blend and simmer until hot! Makes a great cold dip! Stir constantly, making sure not to boil.
