Quick stir fry. Prep takes about 5 minutes, cooking takes about 10.

Recipe Ingredients for Ramen Stir-Fry

168 g Ramen noodles (2 packages)
1 tsp olive oil
1 tbsp teriyaki sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
8 oz skinless chicken thigh (cubed)
14 oz frozen broccoli (or other packaged frozen veggies)

Recipe Directions for Ramen Stir-Fry

  1. Cook 1 package of ramen noodles as directed on the package, but do not add seasoning.

  2. While noodles are cooking, heat olive oil on a frying pan.

  3. When noodles are cooked, drain and set aside.

  4. Once oil is hot, toss in chicken and sear.

  5. When chicken is completely white on the outside, add broccoli.

  6. Cook for a few minutes then add the noodles as well as the teriyaki sauce.

  7. When broccoli and chicken are cooked all the way through the dish is done.
