Recipe Ingredients for Ramen Slaw

4 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
1 head, small (about 4-1/2" dia) Cabbage
0.5 cup, hulled Sunflower Seed Kernels, Dry Roasted
0.5 cup, sliced Almonds
0.5 cup Vegetable Oil, Canola
3 tbsp Vinegar distilled
3 tsp Sugars, Granulated
0.5 tsp Salt, Table
0.5 tsp Pepper, Black
1 block Ramen Noodles, Chicken

Recipe Directions for Ramen Slaw

  1. Chop up cabbage and green onions.

  2. Mix together cabbage, green onions, sunflower seeds, and almonds.

  3. Mix together vegetable oil, white vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, and flavor packet from chicken Ramen into a dressing.

  4. Pour dressing over cabbage salad.

  5. Crush dry Ramen noodles and mix in to salad.

  6. Best if allowed to chill for 2-3 hours before serving.
