Recipe Ingredients for Ramen Noodles

1 1/2 cups flour
3/4 tsp salt
2 eggs
2 tbsp water

Recipe Directions for Ramen Noodles

Combine dry ingredients. Create a well in center of dry ingredients. Place wet ingredients in well and slowly mix together. Knead in clean counter until dough no longer sticks to your hands. let rest in damp tea towel for 1 hr. roll out dough with rolling pin so that is is long and very flat. place a decent about of flour on top of dough and fold in half. Cut noodles in strips add flour as needed. Gently pull apart and boil about 4 minutes. Drain.
