Inexpensive way to use up left over chicken. Can add curry powder to taste for an indian flare, or apples and walnuts for a waldorf salad.

Recipe Ingredients for Ramen Noodle Salad

168 grams ramen noodles
1 cooked chicken breast
3/4 c celery
2 green onions
1 c grapes
1/2 c mayonaise

Recipe Directions for Ramen Noodle Salad

  1. Cook noodles according to package directions without using seasoning packet. Drain and cool.

  2. Chop other ingredients and add to cooled noodles along with mayonaise and 1 seasoning packet.

  3. Stir and serve.
