Recipe Ingredients for Ramen Concoction 1

1/2 block Ramen Noodles, Beef
0.5 serving (market pantry) solid white tuna
0.85 cup Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added

Recipe Directions for Ramen Concoction 1

  1. Cook ramen noodles in water per instructions.

  2. Throw the flavor packet away.

  3. When the noodles are cooked, add 1/2 can of diced tomatoes and 1/2 can solid white tuna.

  4. Add some fresh baby spinach.

  5. When spinach is cooked, drain and enjoy.

  6. Note: this calorie count and sodium content should actually read much, much lower, since the ramen flavor packet was not added. It's just impossible to do that here, apparently.
