This is a very crunchy, very satisfying coleslaw with ramen noodles, cabbage, toasted almonds and sesame seeds. The dressing is vinegar and oil with lots of herbs and a tad of sugar. TIP Try toasting the Ramen noodles along with the almonds and sesame seeds. Toasting makes them a little crunchier and they don't get soggy from the dressing.

Recipe Ingredients for Ramen Coleslaw

2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
2 tablespoons white sugar
3 oz package chicken flavored ramen noodles, crushed, seasoning packet reserved
1/2 teaspoon salt (may omit)
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
1/4 cup sliced almonds
1/2 medium head cabbage, shredded
5 green onions, chopped
