This is a small omelet you create in the microswave oven. It has a tbsp of diced pepper, onion and shredded cheddar, with one piece of ham. Very tasty and can be done with three egg whites instead on one whole egg.

Scrambled Egg Microwave
Red Bell Pepper
Onions
Smoked Thinly Sliced Ham
Sharp Cheddar
Whole Milk

Recipe Directions for Ramekin Microwave Omelet

  1. 1. Mix one egg with an 1/8 cup if milk and pour half the mixture into the ramekin.

  2. 2. Chop a tbsp of onion, pepper and you can even add an equal part of Roma tomato.

  3. 3. Add the piece of Ham.

  4. Add the veggies and cheddar to the ramekin.

  5. 4 Add the rest of the egg/milk mixture.

  6. 5. Microwave on high for 1.5 minutes.
