Recipe Ingredients for Ramdev Khichri

2 tbsp brown rice, basmati
2 tbsp millet
2 tbsp mung beans
2 tbsp wheat
1 tsp sesame seeds
1/2 cup kale
1/2 cup turnip greens
1/2 cup green beans
1/4 cup sweet potatoes, diced
1 tsp ginger, grated
1 hot pepper
1/4 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Ramdev Khichri

Wash all ingredients except the salt. Add 3 cups of water and boil till all grains are cooked. Serve hot.
