Recipe Ingredients for Ramalla Rice

1 cup rice, jasmin cooked
2 tbsp pine nuts
3/4 lb ground beef
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp garlic
1 bell pepper, chopped

Recipe Directions for Ramalla Rice

  1. Brown the ground beef with the cumin, garlic, salt (seasoned is better) and pine nuts. Then add the bell pepper and cook until it is soft. Then mix in cooked rice.

  2. You can garnish with green onions or chives or cilantro.
