Recipe Ingredients for Rajma (kidney bean) Salad

1 cup Beans, Kidney, Red, Mature Seeds
1 small Onions
1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 dash Salt, Table
4.5 grams Chilly Powder Kashmiri
1 wedge yields Lime Juice

Recipe Directions for Rajma (kidney bean) Salad

  1. Soak the kidney beans over night and boil till tender

  2. Cut the onions and tomatoes into fine cubes

  3. Mix everything together with salt, chill powder and lime juice
