10 tablespoon Poblano Pepper
1 Medium Tomatoes
1 tbsp chopped Onions
0.25 serving Shredded Low Moisture Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese

Recipe Directions for rajas

roast the poblano peppers, then take the skin off. chop then into strips. on a small pan put 2 tablespoons of oil and fry the peppers than add the tomatoes and lastly the onion. add salt to taste. lastly add about half a cup of shredded mozzarella.
