Recipe Ingredients for Raita

1 cup fat free plain yogurt
1 cup fat free sour cream
3 Cucumbers (Chopped)
1 tomato, chopped
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tbsp garlic paste
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Raita

  1. In a salad bowl, whisk together the yogurt, sour cream, cumin, paprika and garlic.

  2. Add Cucumbers and tomatoes and toss.

  3. Chill before serving.
