Recipe Ingredients for Raita

1/2 c plain low-fat yogurt
1/2 c cucumber, diced
2 g fresh cilantro, chopped
4 g green onions, chopped
1/4 tsp coriander, ground
1/4 tsp cumin, ground

Recipe Directions for Raita

  1. Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl.

  2. Season with salt to taste. Chill, covered, until ready to serve.
