Recipe Ingredients for Raita

1 Cucumber
1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1/3 cup chopped cilantro
1 pinch of ground red pepper

Recipe Directions for Raita

  1. Coarsely grate the Cucumber.

  2. In Medium bowl combine cucumber, yogurt, cilantro and pepper. Refrigerate, covered until ready to serve.
