Recipe Ingredients for Raita

4 cup Nonfat Plain Yogurt
1.5 medium Hothouse Cucumber
3 tsp Salt
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Spices Ground Black Pepper

Recipe Directions for Raita

Grate cucumber in to yogurt, ad spices, stir until well combined. BUT spice measurements listed here are not accurate -- I just guessed to create a calorie estimate
