1 1/2 cup plain yogurt
0.33 cup chopped cucumber
0.33 cup finely chopped radishes
0.33 cup finely chopped bell pepper
0.33 cup tomato
3 scallions
1/8 teaspoon ground cumin

Recipe Directions for RAITA (Indian Salad)

Combine the yogurt and vegetables in a mixing bowl. Add the cumin and salt and pepper to taste. Mix lightly. Cover and Chill.
