Recipe Ingredients for Raisin, Wheat and Rye Muffins

1 cup flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup rye flour
1/4 cup sugar
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
2/3 cup raisins
1 cup milk
1/2 cup oil
58 g egg

  2. Combine all dry ingredients in large bowl.

  3. Combine all wet ingredients in small bowl. Add to dry ingredients all at once, stirring just until moistened.

  4. Fill muffin cups.
