This is a delicious desert if you like raisins, pecans, sweet potatoes, and honey.

Recipe Ingredients for raisin taters

1 sweet potato
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup pecans
1 tbsp honey

Recipe Directions for raisin taters

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Thinly slice the sweet potato. Place the slices atop a baking pan. Then, place the pecans as you like on top of the slices of sweet potato. Then let them cook for about 10-15 minutes. Take them out and add the raisins. Place the sliced sweet potato with the pecans and raisins back into the oven for about 3-5 minutes. Take out the sliced potato and place a drop of honey on top of each slice. Let them cool and then enjoy the goodness!
