Recipe Ingredients for Raisin Krunchers

1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup honey
3 teblespoons packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups rice krispie cereal
2 cups old fashioned oats
3/4 cups raisins

Recipe Directions for Raisin Krunchers

  1. Line an 8" square baking pan with foil or lightly coat w/cooking spray. Place peanut butter, honey and brown sugar in a large microwave safe bowl. Heat on high for 2 minutes until bubbly and heated through.

  2. Remove from microwave. Add vanilla and stirl untill smooth. Add ceral, oats and rains. Stir lightly until mixture is evenly coated. Press warm mixture very firmly into pan. Cool at room tep or refrigerate. Lift out of pan if using foil, cut into bars. Store in plastic wrap or covered container, at room temp or in fridge.
