Raisin Bread Pudding from day old bread

Recipe Ingredients for Raisin Bread Pudding

16 slices bread , cubed
1 cup raisins
3 cups (two 12 fluid-ounce cans) CARNATION Evaporated Milk
4 large eggs , slightly beaten
4 tablespoons butter , melted (we recommend LAND O LAKES® Butter)
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Recipe Directions for Raisin Bread Pudding

  1. PREHEAT oven to 350. Grease 12 x 8-inch baking dish.

  2. COMBINE bread and raisins in large bowl. Combine evaporated milk, eggs,

  3. butter, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon and nutmeg in medium bowl. Pour

  4. egg mixture over bread mixture; combine well. Pour mixture into prepared

  5. baking dish. Let stand for 10 minutes.

  6. BAKE for 35 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

  7. Makes 8 servings
