Recipe Ingredients for Raisin Bran Muffins

6 cups wheat bran
3 cups milk
1/3 cup oil
2/3 cup yogurt
3 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 1/2 cups Splenda
3 cups whole wheat flour
3 tsp baking soda
3 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups raisins

Recipe Directions for Raisin Bran Muffins

  1. Mix together bran and milk; let stand. Combing oil, eggs, sugar, splenda and vanilla and add to milk/bran mixture.

  2. Mix together flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Add to first mixture and stir just until blended.

  3. Add raisins and spoon into prepared muffin tins.

  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees!
