2 cup Whole Milk
1 stick Butter
1 tsp Sugars, Granulated
2 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Unbleached
2 medium Egg, Whole
1 tsp Salt, Table
1 oz Yeast

Recipe Directions for raised waffles

mix water and yeast. add milk, butter, salt, sugar, flour and wisk. Cover and let stand overnight at room temperature. Beat in eggs and baking soda before pouring by 3/4 c. to griddle.
