16 oz Ground Turkey Roll
15.5 oz Chili Beans
15.5 oz Black Beans
11 oz White Shoepeg Corn
6 oz Tomato Paste
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
14.5 oz Diced Tomatoes In Tomato Juice
10 oz Peppers, Chili, Green, Canned
1 medium Orange Hothouse Bell Pepper
1 medium Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1 large Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1 medium raw Onion Red
4 serving Green Onion
1 oz Old El Paso Seasoning Mix Taco
3 tsp Spices Ground Coriander
2 tbsp Minced Garlic
3 tablespoon Oregano

Recipe Directions for Rainbow Turkey Chili

Brown turkey with tomato paste, olive oil and seasonings. Add broth and reduce by half. Saute fresh vegetables. Add other ingredients along with cooked to crock pot. Simmer on high for 6 hours.
