Recipe Ingredients for rainbow chicken salad

28 oz canned chunk chicken breast, shredded
1 medium onion, diced
1 medium red bell pepper, diced
1 medium orange bell pepper, diced
1 medium yellow bell pepper, diced
6 oz walnuts, chopped
6 oz crushed pineapple, drained
8 oz sweet pickle relish
4 stalks celery, chopped
12 oz red seedless grapes, halved
12 oz grape tomatoes, halved
17 oz dijonnaise
1 salt
1 pepper

Recipe Directions for rainbow chicken salad

  1. combine all ingredients except dijonnaise in a extra large bowl and mix well.

  2. add the dijonnaise and mix to coat.

  3. chill, covered, untill serving time.

  4. refrigerate leftovers.
