Recipe Ingredients for Rainbow casserole

140 g potato, (the blue variety)
1/3 cup broccoli
1 tsp margarine
50 g yves ground veggie chicken
2 tbsp hummus
40 g corn
30 g tomato
40 g onion
20 g garlic
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp oregano
1/4 cup so nice soy milk

Recipe Directions for Rainbow casserole

  1. Mash potatoes with soy milk and vegan margarine.

  2. Chop and sautee garlic an onions.

  3. Mix garlic and onions with yves veggie chick and hummus.

  4. Chop tomatos

  5. Layer a small foil round dish with 1/2 the potatos, 1/2 the chicken, broccoli, corn, tomatos, the rest of the chicken, then the rest of the potatos.

  6. Bake uncovered for 20 mins at 350.
