Recipe Ingredients for RAI Spaghetti Sauce

12 c diced tomatoes
2 tsp minced garlic
2 large yellow onions
2 T oregano
2 T basil
2 tsp pepper
3 T salt
6 T white sugar
3 1/2 cups water
1/4 cup olive oil

Recipe Directions for RAI Spaghetti Sauce

  1. Peel and chop onions and garlic.

  2. In a large (12 quart) heavy pot, combine all

  3. ingredients and stir to mix. Bring to a boil, then turn

  4. down to lowest setting. Simmer for at least 6 hours.
