Recipe Ingredients for Ragout

1 lb ground beef
90 g onion, raw
20 g celery, raw
30 g carrot, raw
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
21 oz tomato, peeled

Recipe Directions for Ragout

  1. Cut onion, celery and carrot and put them in a pot with th eextra virgin olive oil.

  2. When the onion is translucent, put the meat in the pot.

  3. Cook for 30 minutes.

  4. Add the tomato.

  5. Cook for 2-3 hours (very low flame).
