Made from scratch using Classico Three Mushroom and also Sun-dried Tomato Sauces.

Recipe Ingredients for Raf's Lasagna

1 lb hamburger
2 eggs
43 oz. tomato sauce
2 cups mozzarella cheese
16 oz ricotta cheese
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
6 oz pasta

Recipe Directions for Raf's Lasagna

  1. Fry hamburger and mix with the red sauce. Add seasonings to taste, including Italian seasonings, pepper and parsley.

  2. Mix the cheeses together with beaten eggs.

  3. Use oven ready lasagna.

  4. One layer pasta, one-half the cheese, one-third of the red sauce, one layer of pasta, other half white sauce, 1/3 red sauce, one layer pasta, last 1/3 of red sauce.

  5. Cook that for 1 hour. Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan on top, melt for five minutes. Serve.
