Recipe Ingredients for Rae's Nori Rolls

16 7/10 grams Cucumber, Peeled
1 sheet Nori, 10 Sheets
0.125 cup Rice, Brown, Medium-grain, Cooked
9 4/5 grams Carrots
1 tbsp chopped Onions, Spring Or Scallions
1 serving miso mayo
0.25 oz (20 halves) Pecans
0.125 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados
1 serving Cilantro leaves
1 serving Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce

Recipe Directions for Rae's Nori Rolls

  1. put nori sheet shiny side down

  2. place rice on 2/3 of sheet leaving the top to seal the roll

  3. for the filling avacado, green onion, carrot, cucumber and cilantro

  4. roll up and seal with water

  5. cut in pieces

  6. sprinkle liquid aminos, sriracha sauce and miso mayo, chopped cilantro and pecans in that order.
