I got this from an article in the New York Times by Mark Bittman called 101 Simple Salads of the season. This is one of many listed. I find it very easy/ fast to put together, the perfect meal at the end of the day with some slices of frenchbread to soak up the dressing.

Recipe Ingredients for radish salad

250 grams radishes
1 tsp curry powder
100 ml coconut milk

Recipe Directions for radish salad

Wash and slice radishes. Combine sliced radishes with coconut milk and curry powder. A dash of salt and pepper is good in here too. Serve with slices of french bread. Some people like coriander in there too.
