2 tsp Splenda Granular (1g)
1/2 cup Fat free sour cream (128g)
1 tablespoon lemon juice (15g)
8 radishes, thinly sliced (86g)
1 apple, thinly sliced (138g)
1 med cucumber, thinly sliced (301g)

Recipe Directions for Radish Salad

  1. Combine Splenda, sour cream and lemon juice and Beat with a fork

  2. Add radish, apple and cucumber

  3. Refrigerate until ready to serve
