Tuna salad w/ egg whites served with celery sticks

Recipe Ingredients for Rachel's Tuna Salad

1 can tuna in water
4 hardboiled egg Whites
2 Celery Stalks
1/2 Red Onion
3 tablespoons of reduced fat Mayo
1 Salt
1 Pepper

Recipe Directions for Rachel's Tuna Salad

  1. Drain tuna in can, empty in to a bowl.

  2. Hard boil 4 eggs, cool, then remove yolks and cut up whites into small pieces.

  3. Chop 2 celery stalks into small pieces.

  4. Chop 1/2 red onion into diced pieces.

  5. Spoon 3 tablespoons reduced fat mayo into bowl.

  6. Throw in everything else into bowl and mix well.

  7. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  8. Serve with long celery sticks instead of bread or crackers to save on carbs and calories!
