Recipe Ingredients for Rachel's chicken salad

6 oz boneless skinless chicken breast
1/4 c Miracle Whip
1/4 c Sweet relish
1/4 c celery
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper

Recipe Directions for Rachel's chicken salad

Boil chicken breast until cooked through (about 10 minutes). Place chicken and celery in food processor and pulse until fine chopped. Add Miracle whip, relish and salt and pepper to the processor. Pulse 4-6 times. Serve in tomatoe halves, lettuce cups or on whole wheat toast.
