9/20 lb pasta, fettucine
1 tblsp lemon zest
1/2 c heavy cream
1 cup parsley
1/2 c pistachios
1/3 c parmesan
1 clove garlic
2 tblsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Rachel Ray's Creamy Pistachio Fettuccine

  1. salt water and cook pasta al dente

  2. zest lemon over cream in sauce pan and heat over med-low, dont boil

  3. put parslet, nuts, cheese, and garlic in food processor and slowly stream in oil

  4. stir pesto into cream and toss with pasta, salt and pepper to taste
