Garlic & Ginger Sea Bass with Lemon Noodles

Recipe Ingredients for Rachel Ray Fish & Noodles

6 oz raw Branzino Farm-Raised Whole
1/4 cup chopped Scallions
0.5 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
1 clove Garlic
1 tbsp Pure US Grade A Clover Honey
1 tbsp chopped Chives
1 tsp Ginger Root
1 serving Rice Wine Vinegar
4 tbsp Tamari Soy Sauce - Imported, Organic
0.5 cup Chicken Stock
0.5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 oz Blue Menu 100% Whole Wheat Spaghetti
0.5 fruit (2-1/8" dia) Lemons
1 serving Salt

Recipe Directions for Rachel Ray Fish & Noodles

  1. Salt & Pepper Sea Bass

  2. Chop Scallions, Shitake Mushrooms, Ginger and Garlic

  3. Mix Tamari Sauce, Honey & Rice Wine Vinegar together in small bowl

  4. Layer Scallions, Shitake, Fish, Ginger and Garlic in individual square sheets of parchment paper

  5. Top with Garlic and Ginger and drizzle with sauce

  6. Fold over parchment paper and place fish pouches in oven for about 12 minutes

  7. Seperately bowl your pasta until slightly less than al dente

  8. While pasta boils heat chicken stock, oil lemon and tamari sauce over medium heat for about 5 minutes

  9. Toss cooked pasta with sauce and top with chopped chives and lemon zest

  10. Give pasta a good mix and serve with garlic - ginger fish
