Recipe Ingredients for Rachael Ray's Goulash

1 lb elbow macaroni
2 lbs lean ground turkey
1/2 cup white onion, chopped
1 1/2 tbsp garlic, minced
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tbsp paprika
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp dried marjoram
14 oz tomatoes, crushed
3 tbsp sour cream
1 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Rachael Ray's Goulash

  1. Cook macaroni.

  2. Brown ground turkey (or beef).

  3. Add onion, garlic, and seasonings.

  4. Mix in tomatoes.

  5. Heat through, then stir in sour cream.

  6. Drain macaroni and toss with olive oil (and parsley, if wished).

  7. Serve scoops of goulash over bowls of macaroni.
