Recipe Ingredients for Rachael Ray's Chicken Burritos

2 lbs raw boneless skinless chicken
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dried oregano
16 oz tomato sauce, low sodium
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
2 cloves garlic, pressed
1/2 tsp dried cilantro
1 tsp chili powder

Recipe Directions for Rachael Ray's Chicken Burritos

  1. Cook and zap or shred chicken.

  2. Bring broth, onion, salt, and oregano to a simmer until onion is tender.

  3. Add tomato sauce, cinnamon, garlic, cilantro and chili powder. Stir well. Add chicken and heat through.

  4. Serve on tortillas with mozz cheese (heated) or wrapped in lettuce leaves.

  5. OR - put all ing. in crock pot on low for 4 hrs. Then stir with forks to break up chicken and serve.
