Recipe Ingredients for Rabbit Stew

16 oz Rabbit
1 clove(3 g) Garlic
250 grams Onions
16 oz Carrots, Baby
1 medium raw Leeks
4 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) Potatoes, Boiled
1 cup, diced Mushrooms, Portabella
1 tbsp Salt, Table
2 dash Pepper, Black
30 grams Extra Virgin Olive Oil
0.5 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
1360 4/5 grams Water

Recipe Directions for Rabbit Stew

brown the rabbit meat in some olive oil. and chop up your onions, leek, and mushroom. when thing are all tender first dedone your rabbit and place in a nice size dutch oven then add rest of everything and let simmer a couple of hoours. about 15 mins. before serving make a rue and blend it in with the stew to thicken it up
