Recipe Ingredients for Quorn Korma

1 serving Quorn Chicken Style Pieces, Frozen
2 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
15 mL Sunflower oil
150 grams Pataks Korma Curry Paste
200 grams Water
200 mL Alpro Soya Dairy Free Alternative to Cream, Single, Long Life

Recipe Directions for Quorn Korma

Heat the oil in a large pan, or a wok, on a low heat. Chop the onions and fry in the pan until clear, but not coloured. Add the curry paste and stir to coat completely. Add the Quorn pieces and stir again to coat. Leave on the low heat for 15 mins. Boil the kettle and, when ready, add the water and the cream. The low heat helps to stop the cream from curdling. Stir well and frequently for about 20 mins, until the fluid has reduced to produce a thick sauce. Serve on a bed of steamed brown basmati rice.
