100 grams Mince - Chilled
2 small Mushrooms
1 ring (3" dia, 1/4" thick) Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 tbsp chopped Onions
2 clove Garlic

  1. -added a LITTLE olive oil into a pan.

  2. -added chopped onion.

  3. -2 garlic cloves.

  4. -added quorn mince.

  5. -stirred until soft.

  6. -added passata.

  7. -added chopped toms.

  8. -added seasoning.
