Recipe Ingredients for Quishe

1 pie crust
1 1/2 cups half and half
6 eggs
1 1/2 cups swiss cheese
3/4 lb ham
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
12 oz spinach

Recipe Directions for Quishe

Mix eggs, half & half, salt and pepper. Layer spinach, ham and cheese in pie crust. Pour egg mixture over. Bake at 375 for about 55 minutes.
