Recipe Ingredients for Quiona- 5 ingredient garlic

1/2 c onions, chopped
2 tbs garlic, minced
2 carrots, sliced
1 c quinoa
2 c water
1/4 tsp salt, coarse

Recipe Directions for Quiona- 5 ingredient garlic

  1. RINSE THE GRAIN UNDER COLD WATER THOUROUGHLY TO REMOVE COATING (NOT SOMETHING YOU CAN SEE).

  2. Spray med sauce pan with olive oil.

  3. Add onion and saute 3 minutes.

  4. Add Garlic and saute another 2 minutes.

  5. Add the remaining ingredients and bring to boil.

  6. Reduce heat, stir and cover, simmering for 15 minutes or until water is absorbed.
