Recipe Ingredients for quinoa yumminess

1/2 cup quinoa
1 green bell pepper
1 onion
1 tomato
1/2 tbsp canola oil
1/2 cup black beans
1 tbsp soy sauce

Recipe Directions for quinoa yumminess

  1. cook peppers and onions in oil with soy sauce

  2. cook quinoa in 2x water

  3. add green pepper and onion after cooked, add black beans and cut up tomato

  4. serve with avocado and baked tofu
