Quinoa cooked with walnuts and onions

Recipe Ingredients for Quinoa with Walnuts

1 cup Quinoa
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1/4 cup Walnuts
1/4 cup Onion
1/4 tsp Sauce
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp poppy seeds

Recipe Directions for Quinoa with Walnuts

  1. 1. Bring 2 cups of water to boil and add the quinoa and salt. Cook for 20-30 minutes until the water is drained and quinoa is cooked. Stir occasionally

  2. 2. In a pan heat the oil and add the poppy seed and wait until cracks. Add onions, pepper flakes, walnuts and saute is. Add salt.

  3. 3. Add quinoa and add about 1/3 cup of water. Cover and cook simmer.
