Quinoa with veggies prepared with home made chickens stock

Recipe Ingredients for quinoa with veggies

1/2 cup Quinoa
2 tbsp Olive Oil
2 cup Soup, stock, chicken, home-prepared
1/2 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Carrots
1/2 cup cut raw Haricots Verts
1 dash Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for quinoa with veggies

  1. heat the pan with the olive oil.

  2. chop the half onion, carrot and green beans.

  3. add the onion first to the pan then the carrot and green beans.

  4. Let it cook for 3/4 minutes

  5. add the chicken stock and bring to boil

  6. Add the quinoa and let it simmer for 15 minutes

  7. when the quinoa is done, it should look transparent, clear
