Recipe Ingredients for quinoa veggie stir

1 cup dry quinoa
2 cups of water
2 cups chopped cabbage
4 tomatoes
12 oz frozen broccoli
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 carrot
1 cup celery
3 cloves of garlic
1 cup chopped onion

Recipe Directions for quinoa veggie stir

  1. boil water, oil, garlic and salt/pepper to taste.

  2. in a heavy skilled, sauté onion, celery and carrot until starting to brown. Add broccoli and tomatoes until broccoli is defrosted.

  3. Add cooked quinoa and cabbage, take off heat.

  4. Mix and serve
