Meatless alternative to burger night

Recipe Ingredients for Quinoa Veggie Burgers

1/2 cups quinoa
1 tablespoon canola oil
5 serving Mushrooms Crimini
1 cup zucchini
3/4 cup carrots
4 tbsp+chopped Shallots
1 clove Garlic
1 Egg, Whole
3 tablespoon cornstarch
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

Recipe Directions for Quinoa Veggie Burgers

  1. cooked quinoa as per directions

  2. saute vegetables

  3. add salt

  4. add cayenne pepper

  5. mix cooked quinoa with cooked vegetables

  6. beat egg with cornstarch

  7. add egg to quinoa and vegetables

  8. with 1/2 cup measure 4 burgers

  9. flatten and pan fry 4 minutes each side
