Recipe Ingredients for quinoa veggie bake

1 cup Quinoa, Organic
1.5 tbsp Butter
1 cup, chopped Onions
3 cup, chopped Broccoli
2 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 tbsp Olive Oil
2 large Egg, White
1 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 oz Cottage Cheese, Lowfat, 1% Milkfat
0.25 cup Cream, Sour, Cultured

Recipe Directions for quinoa veggie bake

  1. saute the veggies.

  2. mix the quionoa (cooked) and veggies.

  3. fold in cheese and egg mixture.

  4. place in casserole dish and bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
